Carol Hottle and Arturo Sarmiento present “Leyendo Between Lines” (Reading entre líneas) a bilingual literary collaboration. Carol Hottle is a writer, editor, educator, and dancer and has lived in the Northwest for over 20 years. She teaches writing (including poetry) in colleges and universities and community settings. Arturo Sarmiento has published in magazines and newspapers; and the anthology Antologia de Poesía Oregoniana. In 2017, Sarmiento won the second prize of the contest “Primer Concurso de Poesía Oregoniana.” Featured reader begins…

Paulann Petersen, Oregon Poet Laureate Emerita, has six full-length books of poetry, most recently Understory, from Lost Horse Press.
