This show had me at No Me Gusta or more commonly known as “Salem’s Garage Ferris Wheel.” Punchy, punkesque, and personable. The three Ps, ok! They are one of my favorite bands in town, and they’re always great live. Also, Chris, the songwriter for Waking Things from Seattle, thought enough to send me a heads up with links to their music – lyrically driven, emoish, with more guitar. He wins! Go to this show. Also on the bill is The Sheen from one of my favorite towns, Bellingham, WA with their experimental, “crud core,” and Salem’s own “Indie Allstars,” Summer Eyes round out this super fun bill. The show starts at 8pm, so all ages until 9:55pm. $5 for the musicians.
