About the trio:
Kivett Bednar grew up in Austin, TX going to Antone’s and other great local clubs, which steeped him in the blues from an early age. Kivett graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2005 and began a production and engineering career that eventually lead back to performance when he moved to Portland, OR in January of 2012. His trio swings from gritty, Southern blues to Uptown, Swing, and Jump.
