SELCO Community Credit Union will be hosting a series of seminars aimed at teaching teens and young adults how to better manage their money. The seminars, “Adulting 101,” will be held on Wednesdays, March 13, April 17, and May 15, at SELCO’s Salem Branch at 3833 Commercial St. SE.
Led by SELCO’s financial experts, each session will feature a fresh financial focus. The March 13 session will explore “Banking in the Real World,” and will be followed on April 17 with a session exploring “Good Cents Budgeting.” The series will close on May 15 with “Credit and You.”
These seminars are open to any teen or young adult interested in learning more about better managing their finances. Cost is $5 to attend one session and $10 to attend all three. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
