“SoundStream Music presents a FREE community celebration for the new Silverton Creekside Amphitheater in Silverton, OR. The Event is June 10th from 2pm-9pm. 7 Bands, Seven Brides Brewing, local food vendor booths from Creekside Grill & The Grotto Martini Bar and others, and even a booth explaining the history of the old Fischer’s Flour Mill.” The lineup includes: 2pm RockBand Academy, 3pm The Basinbillies, 4pm Oak Bottom Boys, 5pm The Crying Eyes, 6pm The Eric Lovre Band, 7pm Goshwood, 8pm Hearts of Oak. This is a free event in beautiful Silverton, Oregon. I’ve heard the new amphitheater is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the creek.
About The Author
Julie was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. She started playing bass guitar in the late 80s and played in local bands Good Question, butterMilk and the Other. She took time off the music scene in the late 90s to raise a family. She came back to bass in 2014 and once again got involved in the local music scene. She plays bass in Marc and The Horsejerks and Mr. Frederick's Production Co. She has been the music writer/editor for Salem Weekly since May 2015.
