Since 1996, Venti’s has been committed to building community and serving Salem with good, clean food. To commemorate 20 years of business downtown, they have added 1600 square feet, including a larger dining room and a street-level bar at Venti’s Downtown. “We hope this helps perpetuate and contribute to the growth and momentum of downtown Salem,” says owner Dino Venti. “There is a building synergy in the downtown community and this is our contribution.” This street-level expansion adds 23 taps (including kombucha), “Stubborn” all-natural soda, an espresso bar, and creates the space for Venti’s Downtown to host more live music, events, and private parties. The cozy, full-service Basement Bar rotates six, high-demand IPA beers for a total of 29 taps altogether. Minors are welcome upstairs until 9pm. The Renovation Celebration party features live music and special beer tappings. (Minors OK until 9pm.) Come enjoy Hillstomp, Brad Parsons, Food & Drink Specials, Rare beer release, Late Night Happy Hour, and giveaways from local businesses .
