This is a jam-packed bill for sure. Four bands, nicely paired. If you like your rock n roll straightforward with notes of punk, garage rock and 90s alt, you’re going to love this show, so you better come. Carissa Johnson is flying all the way from Boston just to play music for you. She’s a rocker and made me think a little bit of Veruca Salt from the 90s (I love Veruca Salt.) Tyler M King hails from Portland and they put together melodic rockin’ little ditties as well. They’ve played Salem a few times now, and always gets you on your feet. Songs for Alice is a brand-spankin’ new band from right here in Salem. PunkPopRock is what I’d say. They’ve already got some songs on bandcamp, so check them out. And don’t forget Superchurch. They always bring it. $5. The Space Concert Club • 1128 Edgewater St NW, Salem • 971-208-3995. www.spaceconcertclub.com.
